Arthur Weasley is known to be obsessed with everything muggle to the point of fetishization.
In this track, Arthur is the only Weasley home at the Burrow and finds himself falling asleep on the couch.
The innuendo starts with the title of the song and just keeps adding layers. It's probably not appropriate for kids.
lyrics
Sleepily stretched out on the chaise-longue,
Some old Middleton reading from school,
I could feel it wedged in the cushion,
And pulled out a long, sparkly tool
I found this intricate necklace
With an hourglass in the middle
I put it around my neck
And then started to fiddle
Spinning around around around
About twenty-six thousand turns
I found myself in another place
Surrounded by trees and ferns
I fell to the ground there, and saw
A young lady, confused, approached
She looked to be from a long-ago time
In dress, petticoat, hat, and brooch
“Miss, say, can you help me get up?”
She bent over and extended her hands
Which found their way to my wand
Quickly and nervously I could stand
“Could you tell me about this place?” I asked
She offered to show me around
Wand away, no magic; I was dazzled
We did many things in that town
It was getting late, so I said goodbye,
“Won’t you come with me?” she asked then
“I shall ne’er be married
Until I see my muggle again.”
Imagine that! Me, called a muggle.
I laughed and awoke from that state
It was then that I realized,
It was a dream, and I was muggle bait.
